RET Student Expo 2017

April 26, 2017: Coffman Great Hall; 12:30 – 1:30 pm

The Research Experience for Teachers (RET) Student Expo extends the impact of the MRSEC RET program beyond participating teachers to their students via direct interaction with University of Minnesota researchers. After successful completion of the classroom research experience developed by their teacher during the RET program, students are invited to the University of Minnesota campus to present their work in person at the Student Expo Poster Session.

A full day of activities is planned leading up to the poster session including:

• A presentation from Admissions
• The Energy and U show
• Tours of the Minnesota Nano Center, Valspar Materials Lab, and other faculty laboratories
